What You Will Be Doing
- Independently produce founder-driven content by scripting, shooting, editing, packaging, publishing, and refining videos for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and additional creator platforms.
- Transform founder discussions, student achievements, live events, and unprocessed footage into engaging narratives that resonate naturally with ambitious teens and their parents.
- Execute fast-paced experiments involving hooks, thumbnails, titles, content formats, editing techniques, posting frequency, and distribution strategies to drive organic audience expansion.
- Leverage analytics platforms and AI-driven tools to enhance content quality, accelerate production timelines, and boost performance metrics with each publication.
- Establish the creator-driven media operation that fuels qualified admissions demand through genuine storytelling instead of paid media spend.
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Overseeing agencies, production contractors, or external teams responsible for creating content on your behalf.
- Reviewing creative work from a distance rather than personally producing high-impact content.
- Executing traditional school marketing, enterprise brand initiatives, or managing a conventional social media posting schedule.
- Pursuing superficial metrics or depending on paid advertising rather than cultivating organic audience expansion.
- Allocating time to strategy meetings about content creation instead of actively producing it.
YouTube Creator Key Responsibilities
- Independently develop Founders School's creator-driven media operation to deliver 5,000 qualified inbound admissions inquiries during the initial 12 months via high-impact, founder-centered content.
Basic Requirements
- Demonstrated track record in one of the following areas:
- Independently grew an audience from inception to millions as a creator or served as an early contributor to a creator team, or
- Operated hands-on within an elite founder-driven content operation with direct accountability for content production and audience development.
- A portfolio featuring 2–3 content examples you personally filmed, edited, packaged, and released with documented organic performance results.
- Proven capacity to articulate your personal contribution to audience expansion using quantifiable metrics including subscribers, followers, watch time, engagement rates, shares, or total views.
- Advanced hands-on proficiency in scripting, shooting, editing, packaging, publishing, and refining creator-driven video content.
- Strong intuition for founder-centric storytelling and platform-specific content development.
- Routine integration of AI tools to enhance research, scripting, editing, repurposing, or performance analysis.
- Currently based in New York, NY or prepared to relocate within 60 days.
- Eligible to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

- Background producing content for entrepreneurs, startup founders, or creator-driven enterprises.
- Experience initiating a media brand or channel from the ground up.
- Strong insight into what captivates ambitious teenagers and aspiring young entrepreneurs.
- Proven ability to convert performance analytics into scalable content frameworks.
