Role: The Youth Treatment Counselor collaborates with educational and clinical teams to deliver individualized academic and social-emotional support to children, ensuring therapeutic and safe learning environments. Responsibilities: Implement treatment plans and IEPs, manage classroom behavior, provide one-on-one and small group instruction, and support positive behavior strategies. Maintain safety, follow behavior management procedures, and assist with classroom and student engagement strategies. Complete required trainings such as QMAP, TCI, and NM, and support quality improvement efforts. Qualifications & Skills: B.A. in Human Services or related field, experience with children with special needs preferred, valid Colorado driver’s license or qualification to obtain one. Ability to implement behavioral interventions and complete physical requirements. Commitment to inclusivity and adherence to organizational policies. Additional Info: In-person work environment, with responsibilities that may adapt over time. Compensation ranges from $23.00 to $26.00 per hour.
