Youth Sports Instructor - Soccer

About the role

i9 Sports is looking for an enthusiastic Youth Sports Instructor to lead weekly Soccer Training Sessions. You'll teach age-appropriate fundamentals, encourage teamwork and sportsmanship, and help young athletes build confidence while having fun.

Schedule

Weekly training sessions held once per week for six consecutive weeks. Days and times vary by location.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, engaging training sessions focused on soccer fundamentals.
• Teach age-appropriate skills in a positive and encouraging environment.
• Promote teamwork, confidence, and good sportsmanship.
• Communicate with athletes and parents in a friendly, professional, and positive manner.
• Create a safe, organized, and enjoyable experience for every athlete.
• Represent i9 Sports with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Requirements

• Experience playing, coaching, or officiating soccer preferred.
• Strong understanding of soccer fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and passion for working with kids.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to lead groups independently.
