Youth Sports Coordinator / Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Aid parent volunteer coaches in leading practice sessions with kids ages 3-14 focusing on fundamentals and skill development across multiple sports - soccer, flag football, t-ball, basketball, volleyball
• Facilitate and referee games - understand rules, keep score and time, focus on player improvement, be vocal and have a coaching mindset!
• Teach & demonstrate the i9 Sports Sportsmanship values
• Engage with kids and parents with a positive attitude and deliver a fantastic customer experience
• Show knowledge and experience in one or more of the following sports: soccer, flag football, baseball, basketball, volleyball
• Show experience working with kids
• Show skills at delivering positive customer service - outgoing, high energy, positive, upbeat!
• Show confidence and a strong presence to lead staff and handle customer interactions on gameday
• Show ability to work weekends in Novato
• Show experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Learn how to communicate with many different types of people - kids, parents, coaches, etc.
• Network and meet families in your community
• Create a fun, safe work environment with friendly people
