Youth Sports Coach- Hamptons

Responsibilities

• Show up on time for every class
• Use individual attention to ensure every child has success
• Use a non-competitive approach to make classes fun and stress-free
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage children and celebrate success
• Have a passion for sports, fitness, soccer, or working with young children, in particular those ages 1-5
• Have a background in sports (athletics, soccer, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, physical education, etc.)
• Have a background working with children (camp counselor, elementary education substitute teacher, coach, etc.)
• Be at least 18 years old
• Pass a background check

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel with your own reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel to local schools

Schedule

Most classes take place during preschool hours, after school hours, and on weekends. We are especially interested in candidates with weekday morning and weekend availability; however, schedules vary throughout the year.
