Youth Sports Coach

About the role

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach who will lead children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all.

Responsibilities

• Lead children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety.
• Use individual attention to ensure every child has success.
• Use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress‑free environment.
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success.
• Attend regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.
• Be open‑minded, open to feedback, and strive to improve.

Requirements

• Prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader).
• Active, energetic and enthusiastic personality.
• Strong soccer/coaching background and experience playing or coaching.
• Ability to provide individual and group instructions to children aged 5‑12 years.
• Ability to foster a fun and positive learning environment for children.
• Ability to manage a group of up to 15 children in a session.
• Ability to communicate with parents and administrative staff as needed.
• Ability to ensure safety protocols are followed during sessions.
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and afternoons.

Pay

Earn from $25 per hour up to $35 per hour.

Schedule

• New Coaches can work 2‑10 classes per week.
• Flexible hours including weekends and afternoons.
