Youth Sports Coach

About the role

We are seeking coaches for our multi-sport enrichment program. Amazing Athletes was founded in 2003 and has grown into one of the nation's largest multi-sport enrichment programs with over 50,000 kids enrolled each year.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every child has success through individual attention
• Create a fun and stress-free environment for classes
• Encourage children to do better and celebrate success using positive reinforcement
• Have a blast and be open to feedback to continuously improve as a coach

Requirements

• Open-mindedness and willingness to learn and adapt
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
• Positive attitude and ability to engage children in a non-competitive manner

Pay

Earn above-average pay while staying active and promoting life skills through sports. New Coaches can work 5-25 classes a week and earn $25/hr.

Schedule

The majority of classes are held during the morning and early afternoon hours as well as weekends. The ideal candidate would have the availability on some of the days and times listed below:

• Monday-Friday: 9:00 - 11:00 am and 3:00 - 5:00 pm
