Youth Soccer Instructor / Coach (Part-Time Weekend)- Makes a real impact on kids in your community
- Builds coaching and leadership skills
- Great part-time weekend job for college students or former athletes
- Training and support provided
- Lead fun practices focused on soccer fundamentals and skill development
- Ensure all players receive fair playing time
- Referee youth games when needed
- Encourage teamwork, confidence, and good sportsmanship
- Help athletes of all skill levels feel included and supported
- Communicate positively with players and parents
- Set up and take down fields and equipment before and after programs
Experience playing soccer (recreational, school, or club level)
Positive, energetic personality
Comfortable leading groups of kids
Ability to coach, encourage, and manage a team
Reliable and able to commit to the full season (6 weeks)
Weekend availability required
Former high school or college soccer players
College students studying education, sports, or kinesiology
Coaches looking to gain experience
Anyone passionate about soccer and working with kids
