Youth Soccer Coach U8-U10 Age Group- Part Time

Coach Requirements

• Ability to work with children / players aged either U8 – U11 for our Foundation Phase, or U12-U14 for our Youth Development Phase
• Create a positive environment in which each individual can thrive and enjoy
• Work alongside a team of professional coaches
• A passion to progress your coaching development
• The confidence to deliver high quality football sessions ‘The Liverpool Way,’ showing Commitment, Ambition, Unity & Dignity in the role
• Be organized, punctual, self-motivated and reliable
• Be energetic, enthusiastic, and creative at each session and match
• Be hands on and ready to provide individual attention to engage each and every child
• Provide each player with an experience they will never forget

Minimum Qualifications Required

• Demonstrated experience coaching applicable age(s) as set out above
• Hold minimum level of coaching license or certification from a recognized authority
• Appropriate playing experience
• Able to utilize identified online resources and coaching tools to develop and record training sessions
