Responsibilities:

• Coach upwards of 30-35 sessions per week
• Staff development & evaluation
• Staff training
• Curriculum review
• Community outreach / public relations
• Marketing - partake in seasonal marketing efforts including distribution of marketing flyers and yard signs.
• Communication - respond to communications within 24 hours of sending

Preferred Experience and Education:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Knowledge of early childhood education / physical education / recreation / athletics and development best practices preferred
• Well organized & technologically savvy - experience with Google Drive / Sheets / Docs

Work Hours / Location:

• This is a full-time, exempt position.
• During seasons, expected working hours will vary and will include working on weekends and some weekday evenings.
• This position will be based partially out of our office in Carnegie, PA and partially from home and will require routine, daily travel to our session locations situated throughout the Greater Pittsburgh Area.
• This position will involve a mix of weekday, weeknight, and weekend working hours; this is not a traditional M-F 9-5 position, but requires flexibility.

Compensation:

• Starting salary range of $28,000 to $34,000 per year, negotiable based on experience and qualifications
• Additional monthly stipend for gas.
