Youth Soccer Coach - North Atlanta (Marietta, East Cobb, Woodstock, Kennesaw)

About the role

We are hiring an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach to lead children ages 2-8 through our fun, educational and skills-based curriculum. Coaches can work 5-25 classes a week and earn from $20 per hour up to $40 per hour. Classes are held during school hours at various locations including Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Peachtree Corners, Sandy Springs, Marietta and Woodstock.

Responsibilities

• Deliver our best-in-class curriculum to small groups of children in a non-competitive and educational environment
• Teach an energetic and motivating class while connecting and challenging each child to develop their skills
• Create a fun and safe learning environment for all children in the program
• Use positive reinforcement and specific labeled praise to encourage children to do better and celebrate success
• Act as a positive role model for children by exemplifying good sportsmanship and positive attitude
• Manage a group of up to 10 children aged 2 to 8 years old
• Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular feedback on lesson plans and progress
• Maintain and organize equipment, ensuring that all necessary tools are available for classes
• Effectively and clearly communicate any programming issues to the home office
• Show up on time, every time

Requirements

• Passion for working with toddlers and young children
• Highly energetic, reliable, patient, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
• Ability to work with little supervision
• Ability to pass background check
• Reliable transportation
• Certified or willing to get certified with CPR and First Aid
• Some soccer experience needed (youth player, club player, coach, camp coach)
