Responsibilities

• Lead engaging soccer sessions tailored to the developmental needs of young children
• Implement the organization's soccer curriculum focused on character development
• Work with a team of coaches to ensure consistent quality and positive experiences for all participants
• Provide a safe and inclusive environment for children to learn and grow

Requirements

• A passion for working with children and promoting their well-being
• Experience or training in early childhood education or sports management is preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with children and adults
• Positive attitude and willingness to engage in team activities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills for managing schedules and communications
