Youth Soccer Coach | Flexible Schedule | Competitive Pay

About the role

Soccer Stars is the leading youth sports program serving Long Island and Eastern Queens. We introduce children ages 12 months through 13 years to sports through engaging soccer classes, camps, clinics, and enrichment programs held at schools, parks, and community centers. Our mission is bigger than soccer—we help children build confidence, teamwork, communication, and character while having an incredible time. We also offer multisport and non-contact martial arts programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead energetic, high-fun soccer classes
• Create a positive and encouraging environment for every child
• Help children build confidence while learning new skills
• Celebrate effort, improvement, and teamwork
• Arrive prepared and on time for every session
• Continue developing your coaching skills through paid training and mentorship

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel to local schools and parks
• Ability to pass a background check

Qualifications

• Experience with sports, dance, gymnastics, martial arts, cheer, fitness, or childcare is a plus—but not required
• Genuine enjoyment working with kids

Pay

$20-$45 per hour based on experience, with quick promotions based on performance

Schedule

We're currently hiring coaches with consistent availability during one or more of the following times:

• Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Monday-Friday 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
• Weekends 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
