Youth Soccer Coach | Competitive Pay ($20-$45/hr) | Flexible Scheduling

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate soccer instruction
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and non-competitive learning environment
• Build confidence through encouragement and positive reinforcement
• Maintain professionalism by arriving prepared and on time
• Adapt instruction to meet the developmental needs of each child
• Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and fellow coaches
• Participate in ongoing training and implement Soccer Stars' coaching curriculum and standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable personal transportation with willingness to travel throughout Long Island
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
• Passion for youth development, sports, and coaching
• Preferred: Experience coaching youth sports, experience working with children in educational, recreational, or camp settings, Background in athletics, physical education, kinesiology, exercise science, fitness, dance, gymnastics, martial arts, or related disciplines, Strong communication and leadership skills

Pay

$20-$45 per hour, based on education and experience, with quick promotions based on performance

Schedule

Candidates must have consistent availability for the sessions they accept. Preferred availability includes: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM Weekends 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM Applicants with broader availability will have access to additional coaching opportunities.
