Youth Soccer Coach - Bergen County, NJ

THE ROLE

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach!

Within the afterschool hours from 2PM to 6:30PM.

Requirements

• Proven experience in working with children, or currently in the process of learning about coaching/child development/education
• Demonstrates an expressive, charismatic, and nurturing personality
• Exhibits responsibility, dedication, and confidence with a strong work ethic
• Energetic individual with a high level of enthusiasm
• Able to effectively manage groups of both children and adults
• Must have working availability on Weekdays from 2:00PM to 6:30PM

Skills

• Support the lead coach in the delivery of a dynamic and inspiring class
• Ensure each child is engaged and challenged
• Foster a passion for movement and healthy habits in an organized, structured, and enjoyable manner
• Communicate effectively by reporting any issues to the office and offering appropriate solutions
• Adhere to punctuality by arriving for class 15 minutes before the start time
• Set up and dismantle equipment
• Provide hands-on individual and group attention to children, offering personalized guidance and support
