THE ROLE
We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach!
Within the afterschool hours from 2PM to 6:30PM.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Requirements
- Proven experience in working with children, or currently in the process of learning about coaching/child development/education
- Demonstrates an expressive, charismatic, and nurturing personality
- Exhibits responsibility, dedication, and confidence with a strong work ethic
- Energetic individual with a high level of enthusiasm
- Able to effectively manage groups of both children and adults
- Must have working availability on Weekdays from 2:00PM to 6:30PM
Skills
- Support the lead coach in the delivery of a dynamic and inspiring class
- Ensure each child is engaged and challenged
- Foster a passion for movement and healthy habits in an organized, structured, and enjoyable manner
- Communicate effectively by reporting any issues to the office and offering appropriate solutions
- Adhere to punctuality by arriving for class 15 minutes before the start time
- Set up and dismantle equipment
- Provide hands-on individual and group attention to children, offering personalized guidance and support
