Youth Soccer Coach

Responsibilities

• Lead classes in a positive, enthusiastic, and safe environment
• Facilitate skill-building exercises, games, and teamwork activities
• Conduct engaging practices and games for various age groups
• Use positive reinforcement to motivate and encourage players
• Foster a love for soccer while promoting teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship
• Absorb and implement weekly curriculum provided by Soccer Stars
• Evaluate players' progress and provide constructive feedback
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants at all times

Requirements

• Enthusiastic and a positive attitude
• Prior experience with teaching/coaching children
• Ability to follow weekly curriculum provided by Soccer Stars
• Passion for helping develop athletic skills
• Reliable transportation required
• Flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends
