About the role
As a Youth Soccer Coach at Super Soccer Stars, you will lead classes in a positive, enthusiastic, and safe environment. You will facilitate skill-building exercises, games, and teamwork activities that not only teach soccer fundamentals but also encourage social skills and sportsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and conduct engaging practices and games for various age groups
- Use positive reinforcement to motivate and encourage players
- Foster a love for soccer while promoting teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship
- Absorb and provide constructive feedback on players' progress
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants at all times
Requirements
- Passion for working with children and developing their athletic skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and create a fun atmosphere
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation to and from class locations required
- Experience working with children in a coaching, teaching, or mentorship capacity preferred
- Ability to commit to a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Willingness to undergo background checks as required
