Youth Soccer Coach

About the role

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun‑loving Soccer Coach! (no prior soccer experience required) Who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual attention to ensure every child experiences success.
• Use a non‑competitive approach to keep classes fun and stress‑free.
• Apply positive reinforcement to encourage improvement and celebrate success.
• Foster a fun, open‑minded environment where coaching is viewed as a continuous journey.
• Remain open to feedback and pursue improvement through regular trainings and adherence to the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.

Requirements

• High school diploma; some college preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
• Available most Monday‑Saturday mornings and/or afternoons.
• Physically active, punctual, and organized.
• Able to work with children aged 18 months to 15 years.
• Demonstrate a history of integrity—doing what is right even when nobody is watching.

Pay

Earn from $18 per hour up to $35 per hour.
