Youth Soccer Coach

About the role

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach! (no prior soccer experience required) Who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun and educational activities for children
• Ensure safety for all children
• Use individual attention to ensure every child has success
• Use a non-competitive approach to make classes fun with a stress-free environment
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success
• Have a blast and be open-minded
• Attend regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual

Requirements

• High school diploma with some college (preferred)
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
• Available most Monday-Saturday mornings and/or afternoons
• Physically active, punctual, and organized
• Experience working with kids ranging from 18 months to 15 years old
• Demonstrated history of integrity and doing what is right

Pay

Earn from $18 per hour up to $35 per hour depending on the number of classes worked per week.

Schedule

Work 5-25 classes a week based on availability and location.

Location

Classes are held at schools, daycares, pre-schools, parks, and recreational centers across NOVA. Depending on the location of the coach's primary residence, they may be required to travel up to an hour to get to a class location.
