Youth Soccer Coach
About the role
We are looking for part-time instructors to introduce kids ages 2-8 to the game of soccer through fun, creative, and engaging play in Morris, Hunterdon, Somerset, Mercer, Middlesex, Ocean, Atlantic, Cape May, Cumberland, and Salem Counties.
Seasons run 10-12 weeks, with the option of working all year round. Scheduling is flexible according to your availability and based on session needs, with weekday mornings, early evenings, and weekend mornings available.
Pay ranges from $20-$30 per hour based on experience, with opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities
- Engage each child through positive affirmation
- Create a fun and exciting atmosphere that leads children to smile and participate
- Deliver Soccer Shots’ curriculum at program locations
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from session locations
- Soccer experience preferred but not mandatory
- Energetic, caring, and passionate about positively impacting children’s lives
