About Soccer Shots

Soccer Shots provides premier children's soccer experiences through weekly soccer sessions for kids ages 2–8 at preschools, childcare centers and neighborhood parks. We operate year-round, with seasonal programs including Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer.

Before You Apply

We're looking for candidates who:

• Already reside in the Northern Kentucky area
• Have weekday morning availability (8:30am – 11:30am) [not all weekday availability required for hire]
• Have weekday afternoon availability (12pm – 2pm, 2pm – 4pm & 4pm – 6pm) [not all weekday availability required for hire]
• Can travel to locations throughout NKY, including Florence, Union, Erlanger, Taylor Mill, Alexandria, Fort Mitchell, Fort Wright and more
• Can successfully pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check
• Are ready to start training within 14 days of the interview

What You'll Be Doing

You'll lead fun, engaging soccer sessions for children ages 2–8 using our proven Soccer Shots curriculum. Your job is about much more than soccer!

• Arrive on time and follow safety and attendance procedures
• Make soccer fun and exciting
• Build confidence and character
• Teach basic soccer skills through engaging activities
• Create positive experiences for every child
• Communicate with families and teachers
• Set up and pack away equipment

What You'll Need

We're looking for coaches who are:

• Energetic, reliable, and organized
• Comfortable working with young children
• Able to model children's soccer skills
• Professional and dependable
• Ready to be an enthusiastic member of our coaching team

You'll also need:

• A valid driver's license and access to a reliable car
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Be at least 18 years old for school-based locations
• Ability to successfully complete required background and clearance procedures

Our Hiring Process Is Simple

1. Apply with your resume
2. 10-minute phone interview
3. Observe a Soccer Shots class — In-Person Interview
4. Demo (you coach a 5–10 minute soccer activity)
5. Get Hired!

Pay

$18–$21 per session (35–40 mins), with opportunities for seasonal pay increases based on coaching performance.

Flexible schedule — you pick the schedule that works best for you. Weekday morning availability (8:30am – 11:30am) and weekday afternoon availability (12pm – 2pm, 2pm – 4pm & 4pm – 6pm) are desired, though not all weekday availability is required for hire.
