Youth Soccer Coach

About the role

Soccer Shots is an engaging children’s soccer program with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children’s lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. We specialize in programs for children ages 2 through 8 years old.

Responsibilities

• Safely manage a class of up to 12 children at a Pre-K school, park, or indoor field
• Implement the Soccer Shots curriculum which focuses on skill and character development
• Arrive on time (early) to your locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families
• Manage class rosters and fill out session feedback forms

Requirements

• Weekend availability is required
• Passion to positively impact youth players (ages 2–8)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license or state ID
• High school diploma
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a background check

Pay

$15.00 – $20.00 per hour ($20 during sessions, $15 during training)
