What You’ll Get

• $23/hour
• Comprehensive training in leadership, communication, and early childhood education
• Opportunity for advancement through Tiered Roles:
• Tier 1 – 15–19 sessions/week (≈10–13 hrs/week)
• Tier 2 – 20–34 sessions/week (≈14–22 hrs/week)
• Tier 3 – 35+ sessions/week (≈22–25 hrs/week)
• Includes mileage reimbursement (up to $75/month), health insurance contribution (up to $75/month), 5 PTO days, and CPR certification
• Includes mileage reimbursement (up to $150/month), health insurance contribution (up to $150/month), 10 PTO days, and CPR certification

When We Need You Most

• Mornings: 8:45 AM – 11:30 AM
• Evenings: 4:45 PM – 7:30 PM
• Saturdays: 8:45 AM – 1:00 PM

What You’ll Need

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Prior experience in coaching, youth sports, or early childhood education
• A positive attitude and passion for teaching kids
• Consistent weekly availability

Where We Coach

We operate year-round at childcare centers, recreation centers, parks, schools, and soccer clubs across the South Metro, including: Apple Valley, Lakeville, Burnsville, Eagan, Bloomington, and surrounding areas.

Hours Of Operation

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
Saturday, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
