Soccer Shots offers 35–40 minute soccer sessions for kids ages 2–8 at schools, daycares, and parks. We run programs year-round (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter).

About the role

Soccer Shots is looking for a passionate part-time soccer coach to serve children ages 2-8. We’re currently hiring 3 coaches for the upcoming season.

Responsibilities

• Coach 2–8 year olds using our curriculum
• Arrive on time
• Set up & break down sessions
• Encourage confidence and character
• Communicate with families and teachers
• Follow safety and attendance protocols

Requirements

• Must currently reside in the Lexington area
• Available to coach at least two seasons (16 weeks)
• Able to travel around the Lexington metro area
• Ready to start training within 14 days of interview
• Valid driver’s license + access to a car
• Ability to stand, jog, and model children’s soccer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
