About the role

Soccer Shots is looking for a passionate part-time soccer coach to serve children ages 2-8. We are currently searching for 3 coaches for our Seattle program at the below location.

Responsibilities

  • Engage children aged 2-8 with enthusiasm and creativity.
  • Arrive to classes on time, commit to the season length.
  • Conduct soccer sessions including setup and takedown.
  • Encourage character development through positive reinforcement.
  • Utilize Soccer Shots’ curriculum and teaching techniques.
  • Lead groups of 10-12 kids for 30-45 minute classes.
  • Follow safety and attendance protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers.

Requirements

  • Energetic, reliable, organized.
  • Drivers license.
  • Access to reliable transportation (car).
  • Ability to stand, jog, and model children’s soccer skills.
  • Completed high school degree.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

The job requires:

  • Must be able to coach a minimum of 2 seasons (4 months)
