Youth Soccer Coach

About the role

Soccer Shots is looking for a passionate part-time soccer coach to serve children ages 2-8. Ideal candidates should reside in the St. Louis metro area, pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check, and be able to travel to various locations in St. Charles County.

Responsibilities

• Coach 2-8 year old children using our curriculum
• Arrive on time
• Set up & break down sessions
• Encourage confidence and character
• Communicate with families and teachers
• Follow safety and attendance protocols

Requirements

• Able to travel to locations throughout St. Charles County, including O'Fallon, St. Peters, Lake St. Louis, and St. Charles
• Ready to start training within 7 days of interview

Qualifications

• Energetic, reliable, and organized
• Valid driver's license + access to a car
• Active cell phone with data plan
• Ability to model children’s soccer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
