About the role

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. We specialize in programs for children ages 2 through 12 years old and are dedicated to providing high-quality, foundational soccer training that prepares children for a lifetime of soccer.

Responsibilities

We are looking for caring and engaging coaches who can work a minimum of once per week and can commit to at least 8 weeks of the same day/time. We offer soccer 7x a week; mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends!

Requirements

- Must love impacting children and the game of soccer. - Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. - Experience working with young children - Must be at least 18 years of age. - Soccer playing or coaching background (preferred) - Must be able to pass a background check

Qualifications

- Safety-conscious: the top priority is the safety of children under their care. - Caring: engage with each child through specific and positive affirmation. - Organized: plan ahead and conduct each session according to the provided curriculum. - Responsible: commit to doing what is expected of them as an outstanding coach and "face" of Soccer Shots. - Energetic: bring Soccer Shots to life by creating a fun and positive atmosphere for each child.
