About the role

Join Soccer Shots, the leader in youth soccer development for children ages 2–8! At Soccer Shots, we’re not just teaching soccer — we’re helping kids build confidence, character, and friendships through play. Our nationally recognized program introduces young children to the game in a fun, high-energy, and age-appropriate way. Our goal is simple: to leave a lasting, positive impact on every child we serve.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, engaging 30–45 minute soccer sessions for children ages 2–8
• Create a positive and energetic environment where kids can learn and grow
• Help make Soccer Shots the best part of each child’s week
• Track attendance and communicate with leadership as needed
• Distribute end-of-season prizes and celebrate each child’s progress

No coaching experience? No problem — we provide all the training you need!

Requirements

• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
• High school diploma
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check

Soccer experience is preferred, but not required. Experience working with children is a big plus!

Pay

• $16.94 per session paid field training
• $20 per session after completing training
• $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
