Soccer Shots Houston is hiring enthusiastic soccer coaches to teach children ages 2-8. Earn $18-24/hour while gaining experience working with kids and turning your soccer passion into a paycheck.

Pay

• $18-24/hour ($18 starting rate at Level 1)
• Clear career path with guaranteed raises:
  • Level 1 Coach: $18/hour
  • Level 2 Coach: $21/hour
  • Lead Coach: $24/hour
  • Program Coordinator and Management Roles: Up to $75,000 salary
• Quarterly performance bonuses (avg. $200-500 per quarter)

Schedule

• Flexible schedule with openings available mornings, afternoons, and Saturday mornings
• Choose 4-35 classes per week based on your availability
• Create your own schedule around school or other commitments

Responsibilities

• Coach engaging 30-45-minute classes for groups of up to 8-12 children
• Set up and break down equipment at preschools, daycares, and parks
• Use Soccer Shots curriculum focusing on motor skills and character development
• Create a safe, inclusive environment through positive reinforcement
• Communicate with families, teachers, and caregivers
• Track attendance and manage equipment

Requirements

• Soccer playing experience (high school, club, recreational, or college)
• Desire to work with children ages 2-8
• Minimum commitment: Just 4 classes per week (30-45 minutes each)
