About the Role
This is a lead coaching position where you set the standard on the field. You’ll work with assistant coaches but will be responsible for running the session, demonstrating skills, and ensuring a safe, fun environment. The role involves real responsibility, including supervision of kids without school staff on-site, handling minor injuries, and ensuring every child is checked out to an authorized adult.
We’re a small local business, not a chain, and value consistency for our schools and families. Coaches who excel may receive priority for future seasons and additional hours.
