Youth Program Specialist (PA)

Who Should Apply

• A recent college graduate in psychology, child development, education, or a related field
• With previous experience working with kids—whether as a preschool teacher, youth mentor, camp counselor, childcare worker, or similar
• With a background in healthcare roles that involve children or behavioral support (like a behavioral tech or child life specialist)

What You'll Do

• Work one-on-one with children in a clinic setting to help them build developmental and communication skills
• Follow individualized care plans crafted by clinical experts and support children during therapeutic sessions
• Foster a safe, engaging, and encouraging environment that supports each child’s progress
• Collaborate with a team of therapists and clinicians to ensure a consistent and holistic approach to care

What You Bring

• High school diploma, or equivalent, is required
• Experience working with children (ages 2–6 preferred), either professionally or in structured volunteer settings
• Reliable communication skills and comfort interacting with families and care teams
• Willingness to learn new therapeutic techniques and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet physical activity demands: kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs., and being active and mobile throughout the day
• Reliable transportation to attend training and work at your assigned clinic location
