KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical, and character development for children from walking age through 11 years old. We offer a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professional coaches.
About the role
This is NOT your typical coaching job! As a KidStrong Coach, you’ll run, jump, crawl, cheer, high-five, and inspire kids every day while making a real impact in hundreds of young lives. You’ll be part of a dynamic, fun, and supportive team dedicated to helping kids become their strongest selves.
Responsibilities
- Run, jump, crawl, cheer, high-five, and inspire kids daily
- Deliver a science-based curriculum focused on brain development, physical growth, and character strength
- Engage with children from walking age to 11 years old to help them reach their full potential
- Work as part of a dynamic, supportive team in a high-energy environment
Requirements
We’re hiring coaches, personal trainers, physical education teachers, athletic trainers, fitness professionals, or anyone who loves working with kids and getting them to move, learn, and grow.

Pay
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule
Part-time positions available with growth potential to full-time.
