Youth Pastor | Part Time

Elam Baptist Church is currently seeking a Part-Time Youth Pastor/Leader to provide spiritual leadership and direction for our student ministry. This position will be approximately 10–15 hours per week and will focus on leading our middle and high school students through biblical teaching, discipleship, weekly youth gatherings, parent communication, volunteer coordination, and occasional youth activities or events. We are looking for someone who has a clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ, a commitment to the authority of Scripture, the ability to teach God’s Word faithfully, and a desire to build meaningful relationships with students and families. This person should be spiritually mature, dependable, teachable, and willing to serve under the leadership and direction of the church.
