About the role
Cornestone Baptist Church in Wichita Falls, TX is seeking a bivocational Youth Pastor for a healthy youth group.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a vibrant youth ministry program
- Plan and execute weekly youth activities and events
- Build relationships with students and their families
- Collaborate with other church staff to support the overall mission
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Ministry, Education, or a related field
- Experience working with teenagers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Passion for youth ministry
- Ability to lead and inspire young people
- Effective teaching and counseling skills
