What You Will Do
- Program Development and Implementation: Design and develop youth educational, mental health, and leadership programs.
- Communicate with parents and schools for recruitment, outreach, and student progress.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners (i.e., schools and community organizations) to address student needs.
- Lead weekly in-person workshops for youth.
- Conduct regular check-ins with program youth.
- Auxiliary in implementing interagency collaborative projects in the community.
- Attend community and partnership meetings as needed.
What We Look For
- Bachelor’s degree required; a Master of Social Work or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
- Knowledge about mental health challenges and interventions.
- Experience working with Asian American and immigrant youth populations.
- Experience with group facilitation and/or individual support.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Professional working proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin Chinese is preferred.

Working Conditions
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule and may require local travel during the workday.
- Duties may require routine movement such as walking, standing, and bending.
