Program Development and Implementation: Design and develop youth educational, mental health, and leadership programs.
Communicate with parents and schools for recruitment, outreach, and student progress.
Build and maintain relationships with partners (i.e., schools and community organizations) to address student needs.
Lead weekly in-person workshops for youth.
Conduct regular check-ins with program youth.
Auxiliary in implementing interagency collaborative projects in the community.
Attend community and partnership meetings as needed.

Bachelor’s degree required; a Master of Social Work or a related field is preferred.
At least 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
Knowledge about mental health challenges and interventions.
Experience working with Asian American and immigrant youth populations.
Experience with group facilitation and/or individual support.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Professional working proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin Chinese is preferred.

Must be available to work a flexible schedule and may require local travel during the workday.
Duties may require routine movement such as walking, standing, and bending.
Depending on the role, responsibilities may also include the ability to move items weighing up to 25–50 pounds, and the use of computer equipment and effective communication.
