About The Project
Young organizations in Armenia are seeking support to equip young people with essential life skills. Challenges include limited access to career guidance, life skills, civic education, and engagement, exacerbated by recent displacement.
Responsibilities
- Plan and facilitate youth camps to support the development of life skills and employability skills.
- Support youth recreational activities that promote life skills.
- Facilitate youth participation in activities, events, and service-learning projects.
- Train youth service providers on the implementation of positive youth development program activities.
- Contribute to additional projects that meet the community’s interests and priorities, such as supporting sports events or facilitating a career fair.
Requirements
- Qualified candidates will have one or more of the following criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
Qualifications
- No pre-requisite language requirements for this position.
Skills
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with youth and community leaders.
- Experience working with youth and community development initiatives.
