What You Will Be Doing
- Carry out 1:1 and small-group coaching sessions to transform student goals into actionable steps and measurable outcomes.
- Utilize analytics and student objectives to pinpoint obstacles and design personalized motivation strategies.
- Facilitate rigorous life-skills workshops through storytelling, guided reflection, and practical exercises, culminating in mastery evaluations.
- Lead morning sessions to set the tone, uphold high standards, and prepare students for their day.
- Maintain strong mentor relationships with students and families by adhering to high standards, consistency, and sound judgment.
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Instruct traditional classroom lessons, lectures, or academic assignments.
- Create or evaluate lesson plans, grading systems, or administrative tasks.

This role is dedicated to ensuring that students at Alpha's most challenging campuses stay highly motivated and achieve sustained growth and life-skill mastery through elite, high-standard coaching.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least one clear elite marker (athletics, academics, career achievement, or elite coaching).
- Experience in people-facing mentoring, coaching, or leadership that measurably improved others' performance.
- Ability to lead engaging, high-intensity group sessions and conduct individual coaching with strong judgment.
- Willingness to work full-time (40 hours/week) in-person at Alpha's Austin campus.
- Clear legal right to work in the U.S.
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Multiple elite markers with concrete evidence of raising standards and outcomes.
- Experience using data and analytics to inform coaching plans and hold students accountable.
- Background in selective organizations, competitive startups, or elite athletic programs with intense performance demands.

Working with Us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week) long-term position. The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
