On-site at Alpha's Central Houston, South Houston, or The Woodlands locations (relocation assistance available)$100,000 annual salary paid weekly. Full health, dental, and vision coverage begins on day one When a student reaches 99% of their target, the most meaningful support you can offer is refusing to accept it as complete. If that principle feels uncomfortable, this position isn't the right fit. If it energizes you because you understand that maintaining high standards demonstrates your belief in a student's capacity to achieve them, continue reading. Alpha operates differently from conventional schools. Students complete a full academic day in approximately two hours using adaptive software—no traditional lectures or textbooks involved. Your responsibility centers on what technology cannot replicate: developing life skills in Pre-K through 8th grade students, including public speaking, concentration, and feedback exchange. You'll spend half your time facilitating hands-on workshops guided by structured materials and narrative techniques. The remaining time involves individual or small-group sessions where you analyze student performance in adaptive platforms via Coachbot analytics and ensure they reach 100% of weekly objectives. Students demonstrate competency through Test2Pass evaluations rather than participation-based grading. During your first year, you'll manage a student cohort while mastering Alpha's approach: life skills facilitation, motivational coaching, and competency-based evaluation. Once you consistently guide all students to 100% goal completion while maintaining satisfaction ratings above 90%, advancement to Lead Guide becomes possible, allowing you to mentor fellow Guides while continuing direct student work. Top performers don't just transform individual trajectories—they influence campus-wide operations. If you've dedicated years to coaching, counseling, or mentoring young people while wishing to eliminate traditional instruction and concentrate on their genuine development, this opportunity is designed for you.
