• Engage directly with foster youth to create a therapeutic environment that fosters growth and learning.
• Play a leadership role within the team by mentoring Youth Care Worker I staff.
• Lead therapeutic activities, teach routines, and promote proactive behavior strategies.
• Help youth build self-advocacy skills and work toward their personal goals.

Requirements

• Passion for working with youth, especially those with challenging behaviors.
• Dedication and reliability, with the ability to model respect and integrity.
• At least three years of experience in a similar setting (if no degree) or pursuing a degree relevant to the field.
• Natural leadership and mentorship abilities, thriving in a collaborative environment.
