We need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. About the role: likely the intro paragraph describing role and purpose. Could combine intro and purpose & impact. Responsibilities: Essential Functions list. Requirements: maybe Education + Experience? Or Requirements could be Education and Experience. Qualifications: maybe Skills? But we have Skills separate. Usually Qualifications includes education, experience, certifications. But we have separate sections: Requirements and Qualifications. We need to follow instruction: use headings only if posting has real specific content. We can decide to put Education and Experience under Requirements, and Skills under Skills. Qualifications maybe we can omit if no distinct content besides skills? But we have "Other: Must demonstrate sensitivity..." maybe that goes under Qualifications? Or we could treat Qualifications as "Other" plus maybe "Principal Accountabilities"? However Principal Accountabilities sounds like responsibilities. We need to avoid thin sections. Let's think: The posting includes: - About the role: intro + purpose & impact + schedule note. - Responsibilities: Essential Functions list. - Requirements: Education + Experience. - Qualifications: maybe Skills? But we have Skills heading separate. Could put Skills under Skills heading. Then Qualifications could be "Other: Must demonstrate sensitivity..." plus maybe "Principal Accountabilities"? But Principal Accountabilities seems like responsibilities. Better: Use sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (Education + Experience), Skills, Benefits. Possibly also Schedule (we have schedule note). Pay: not mentioned, so omit. Benefits: we have benefits list. Schedule: we have schedule note: "The schedule is primarily 1st shift but must be flexible to cover shifts during shortages." That's specific content, so we can include Schedule section. Pay: not mentioned, omit. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Schedule. We need to ensure we don't create empty sections. Now we need to format. About the role: combine intro paragraph(s). Let's craft:

Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) envisions a world where children are safe, families are strong and communities are vibrant. We could also include schedule note? But schedule is separate. Responsibilities: list essential functions. We need to extract each bullet from "Essential Functions:" list. List: - Monitors daily operation of shelter functions. - May assist in preparation of staff schedules. - May assist with preparation of Staff Meeting agenda - Monitors scheduling of shelter activities. - Reviews log reports and documentation. - Ensures security of facilities and access. - Assists with the maintenance of office supplies, food, and other items needed for program care. - Assures continuity of transferring client information, shift to shift, and shift to clinical. - Participates in various in-service training sessions. - Attends staff meetings, as directed. - Assists with supervision of clients, as needed. - Completes required paperwork. - Reviews all Security equipment - Schedules all inspections e.g. Fire, Health, automobiles, vehicles - Provides reports about program progress to Program Manager. - Performs related work as required. We need to keep each as
  • . Physical Requirements: maybe we should include under Requirements? But we have Requirements for education/experience; physical requirements could be part of Requirements or maybe Qualifications. However we have no separate heading for physical requirements; we could include under Requirements as part of "Requirements". But the instruction says use headings only if posting has real specific content. Physical requirements is specific content; we could create a section "Requirements" and include both education/experience and physical requirements? Or we could create a separate section "Requirements" for education/experience and "Qualifications" for physical requirements and skills? But we already have Skills heading. Better: Use Requirements for education + experience + physical requirements? Might be too thick but okay. But we also have Skills separate. Let's decide: - About the role: intro + purpose. - Responsibilities: Essential Functions. - Requirements: Education, Experience, Physical Requirements. - Skills: Dependability, discretion, good judgment, ability to establish relationships, valid driver's license, sensitivity to cultural/socioeconomic characteristics. - Benefits: list. - Schedule: schedule note. We need to ensure we don't miss any content: "Other: Must demonstrate sensitivity to our service population’s cultural and socioeconomic characteristics and needs." That's under Skills. "Principal Accountabilities:" could be considered responsibilities as well, but we already have responsibilities list; we could add those as additional responsibilities items. However we should preserve all substantive information. So we need to include Principal Accountabilities somewhere. Could add to Responsibilities as additional bullets. Principal Accountabilities: - Reports to Program Manager. - Team player with co-workers and administrators. - Ensures quality care for clients in a safe, secure environment. - Adheres to licensing and quality assurance standards of state, federal and local governing agencies. - Ensures that Youth Care Specialists II provide effective behavior management and supervision of clients during activities. - Adheres to all policies and procedures. We can add those to Responsibilities list. Also "Why work for LSF?" includes mission driven etc. That could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section but we don't have a heading for that; we could incorporate into About the role as extra paragraph. Benefits list we have. Now we need to strip boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, background screening, etc. Remove those paragraphs. Now produce HTML. We must not include or . Just fragment. Let's craft:
