The Youth Camp Counselor supports the youth camp program for 6th to 12th grade students under the supervision of the Youth Camp Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Receive direction from and assist the Youth Camp Coordinator with activities.
• Prepare, set up, and take down activities.
• Provide direction and assistance to youth participating in camp activities.
• Ensure experiences are interactive, educational, and that students are engaged in completing the assignments.
• Aid with transportation for company tours by ensuring all students are accounted for and adhering to safety protocols.

Pay

Starting salary for this position is $26.74 per hour. Salary step advancements occur after 12 months and every 12 months thereafter, with each advancement being approximately a 5% increase.
