Pay

Pay ranges from $22.00 to $27.00 per hour depending on the client/shift.

Schedule

Current needs: Aberdeen and Westport areas. Schedule includes weekends, before and after school hours, and weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 assistance to youth and adolescents with mild to severe behavioral problems or intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Act as a caring adult that constantly engages with youth to establish positive, healthy relationships.
• Support clients in activities of daily living such as household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.), cooking and/or serving meals, helping clients bathe, dress, and groom.
• Provide companionship through daily activities and hobbies.
• Drive clients (as needed) to the store or appointments.
• Monitor and report on their condition.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 10 lbs and up to 50 lbs rarely.
• Must own a smartphone capable of downloading and using a mobile app.
• Ability to pass a state and national background check.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and clean driving record.
• Ability to complete state‑required caregiver/HCA training as needed (Washington: HCA training program within 120 days if not already licensed; Oregon: 8‑hour Home Care Pulse caregiver training plus nurse‑led medication training, both paid).
