About the role

We are seeking a passionate and innovative engineer to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the core infrastructure of our property operations platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable backend services using TypeScript and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize system performance and ensure high availability.
• Participate in code reviews and mentoring junior engineers.
• Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in software engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience with database design and optimization.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and continuous integration tools.
• Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices.

Skills

• Strong coding skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, and related languages.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Understanding of serverless architectures and AWS Lambda.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.

Pay

$120,000 - $150,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
