About the Role

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver training or instructional materials for team members, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
• Adapt communication styles to meet the needs of all employees, including those with autism or other neurodivergent traits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute advertising campaigns and initiatives.
• Provide ongoing support and feedback to team members to foster an inclusive and productive work environment.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve business goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and patiently.
• Experience working with or supporting neurodivergent individuals is highly desirable.
• Empathy, patience, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
