- Training and leading a team of mentors, childcare and other volunteers

- Raise financial support
- Communicate ministry updates and progress
- Develop strategic relationships with key adults in the community
- Plan and execute area fundraising events
- Become a respected Young Life steward
- Direct Ministry
- Contact work, club, Campaigners and camp
- Engage in all three levels of contact work
- Lead a team to plan and implement a regular outreach meeting
- Lead Campaigners meetings
- Lead a team to implement a summer and school-season camping strategy
- Serve on a summer assignment at a Young Life camp
- Serve on a summer assignment at a Young Life property, other Young Life camp or in another position
- Ministry Support
- Accounting, administration, communication (internal), data management and strategic plan
- Adhere to all Young Life policies and procedures
- Maintain professionalism concerning office hours, dress, conduct and time management
- Ensure that YoungLives health and safety policies are followed
- Manage finances with stewardship, accountability and transparency
- Provide clear, prompt, appropriate and professional communication
- Set yearly strategic ministry plan and initiatives
- Commitment to a growing relationship with Christ
- Ability to clearly communicate the Gospel and train others accordingly
- Ability to clearly communicate Young Life’s mission and the vision for YoungLives
- Understand the unique issues faced by pregnant and parenting teen moms
- Pastoral experience
- Proven relational skills with both adolescents and adults
- Ability to travel as the job requires
