Young Toddler Lead Teacher

About the role

Seeking individuals who will serve as a warm, attentive role model for toddlers ages 1–2 by guiding through simple, positive examples, encouraging safe exploration and early healthy habits, and ensuring a safe, responsive environment that meets the needs of each child.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a warm, attentive role model for toddlers ages 1–2 by guiding through simple, positive examples, encouraging safe exploration and early healthy habits, and ensuring a safe, responsive environment that meets the needs of each child.

Requirements

• Associates degree or higher in education or related field or CPL level 3 or above preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma/GED (required)

Qualifications

• Early childhood classroom experience, including lesson planning & conducting assessments
• Demonstrates knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice
