Yoga Studio Front Desk Membership Sales

About the Role

The Wellness Sales Advisor assists studio leadership with new membership sales and retention of current members, providing superior customer service to new and existing students. This role is crucial in building a strong YogaSix community by meeting and greeting customers, assisting with class selections, answering membership questions, and transacting merchandise purchases. Additionally, the Wellness Advisor helps maintain studio cleanliness and participates in community events to promote the studio.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales.
• Meet and exceed sales goals set by the General Manager.
• Conduct studio tours to build rapport and facilitate sales.
• Maintain knowledge of products, programs, and pricing.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quotas.
• Participate in grassroots/community events to promote the studio.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting studio environment.
• Develop selling skills and take on other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in using the Club Ready software system.
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills in person, via phone, and email.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally and attend special events/trainings.
• Full-time availability, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to sit or stand for up to four hours at a time.
• Ability to reach, bend, lift, kneel, and drive a car.
• Capacity to climb stairs, as elevators are not available at all locations.
• Occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Effective hearing in person and via telephone.

Pay

This position offers a competitive hourly wage, commission on sales, and opportunities for bonuses based on performance.
