Yoga Instructor (substitute)
About the role
HealthFitness is seeking an experienced Yoga Instructor to provide on-call coverage at our corporate client location in San Diego, CA (near Torrey Reserve).
In this role, you'll lead safe, engaging, and inclusive yoga classes on an as-needed basis, filling in for regular instructors and supporting special events as opportunities arise.
This is an excellent opportunity for instructors seeking a flexible schedule while helping participants achieve their health and wellness goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide fun, effective, and safe Yoga instruction to members and guests.
Requirements
- 200+ hour Yoga Teacher certification required.
- Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
- 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
Qualifications
The compensation range for this role is $50 - $55 per class. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
