Responsibilities
- Analyze probe, parametric, and fab data to identify yield issues
- Perform electrical and physical failure analysis to resolve root causes
- Collaborate with process and integration teams to resolve yield detractors
- Develop and apply techniques to isolate and characterize device failures
- Present findings and support technology transfer to manufacturing sites
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, materials science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in semiconductor yield analysis or failure analysis
- Understanding of semiconductor fabrication and device physics
- Experience with data analysis, statistics, or coding tools
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and communicate findings
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, materials science, or related field (Master’s degree or equivalent experience, or PhD preferred)
- Experience with memory devices and architecture
- Hands-on experience with SEM, FIB, TEM, or related analysis tools
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
