About the role

Responsibilities

• Work closely with volunteers to set up and facilitate half-day morning YES! Programs in middle schools across NEPA.
• Engage middle school students with hands-on, interactive learning activities in career exploration, STEM, personal finance, trade jobs, interviewing, and more.
• Share real-world insights and experiences to bring lessons to life.
• Support the delivery of engaging, impactful programs to thousands of students across NEPA.
• Ensure the smooth operation of YES! Day events on 2-7 dates per month, running from approximately 7:00am-12pm.
• Enjoy a flexible schedule with lighter workload during the summer for great work-life balance.

Requirements

This role requires a passion for education and a willingness to engage with young people. No prior experience is necessary, but a positive attitude and a commitment to making a difference are essential.

Pay

The pay rate for this role is $15-$20 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

YES! Day events occur on 2-7 dates per month, running from approximately 7:00am-12pm.
